Who We Are
On Time Signs was born out of frustration. As owners of multiple retail stores, we dealt with many broken promises, disrespectful customer service, and missed grand openings as a result of “unprofessional” sign companies. After going through 3 companies over a 5- year period, we saw an opportunity.
We knew we could do better. Roger’s 20+ years of working for a Fortune 500 Global Company as a Sales and Marketing Executive, and Yooni’s exceptional eye for detail and uncompromising customer service mindset served as the foundation of our new venture. First, we bought out a small sign shop called “On Time Signs” in Dallas. We wanted the name. Then, we acquired 2 more sign companies to add manufacturing and service capabilities. In 2 short years, we had a full crew with years of experiences, not to mention all the latest manufacturing equipment. It was then that we finally moved into our new facility.
All along, we focused on “making the right decisions on behalf of our customers” as our motto. We have come a long way from our humble beginnings, and we are now making and servicing signs all over the country.
